I have sad news to report this morning. Brian Lephew, a former co-worker of mine and a great guitarist, died of an apparent heart attack while he slept.
He was a quiet man, quite young (not sure about his age), and a friendly sort of person.

Death. The end of life. Or a new beginning?
I’ve been obsessing over the topic once again, especially as summer passes into autumn and soon winter. Also, the anniversary of my father’s death is getting nearer. I’ve never been very good at grieving.
