Goodbye Dial-Up!

I FINALLY got high speed Internet access with cable service today!  It’s like exploring the Internet in a whole new way.

For one, I managed to update Windows, Yahoo IM, my virus scanner, and several other applications.  I am able to actually view the videos at YouTube.  And downloading is amazingly fast.

I hope to have a more meaningful post tomorrow.  Right now, I’m lost in a world of information.  Thank God for caffeine.

If you have dial-up and can get broadband, I highly recommend you switching over like I did.  I will give you so much more freedom and access to sites that used to be horribly slow.

    Hey! yeah, when I got cable just recently after years of dial-up hell, I found that my sleep time went down drastically! :P
